At Grace & Victoria London, we do everything we can to ensure our customers are satisfied. However, there may be occasions where you wish to return a product. Below we clearly explain our return policy.
Return Conditions
Returns can only be requested after the item has been physically received.
Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international postage fees.
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.
Trying on an item is permitted, but wearing it is not.
Returns are not permitted for items intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning some or all of them.
Return Process
Notify us of your return by email at info@gracevictorialondon.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
We will provide you with our supplier's return address (located in China).
You will need to return the item entirely at your own expense, including any customs fees or shipping costs.
We always recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once the item has been received at the return address and the condition of the product has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability
We are not responsible for lost parcels if tracking information indicates that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
If an incorrect address is provided, the responsibility lies with the customer.
Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
